About Paul

Paul Rotondo Founder

Where it started

Paul started his studies at UMass Amherst focusing on History, English and Mandarin which began his love of desire to work in the international arena.

The transition

Overseas for a long-term assignment in Europe, South, America, Asia and North Africa fostered a development and appreciation for beauty, history and details of decorative arts and antiques. Thus began a period of extensive graduated work and training at Rhode School of Design as well as ASA (American Society of Appraisers and other organizations).

What we do now

Paul then made the transition from the corporate world to Estate Appraisal Services and Realtor. The access to unique architectural pieces and artifacts has allowed Seaboard Estate to further develop our design team to create unique homes and with one of kind rooms. Many can be found in the South Shore in MA and RI and NYC.
